Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed before 2pm AWST are typically dispatched the same business day
• Orders placed after 2pm AWST will be dispatched the next business day
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is planned, and another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
